A short form: what they are interested in, where they are, and when they want to start. No health questions are asked at any point.

Delivered within minutes, while intent is still fresh, and to one practice only — never resold to a second. From there the patient is yours; we do not contact them on your behalf.
What you pay for
A qualified inquiry, defined in writing.
You should know exactly what you are paying for before you pay for it. A qualified inquiry is defined precisely in our agreement with you, and it counts only when all of these are true:
- It includes a first name, a working phone number, and an email address.
- The person has asked to be matched with a provider.
- Their stated ZIP code is within your agreed service radius.
- They indicated interest in a service you actually offer.
- They are 18 or older.
Credits, issued automatically
Request a credit within five business days for any inquiry with:
- A disconnected or wrong phone number
- Outside your agreed geographic radius
- A duplicate of an inquiry delivered in the previous 90 days
- Under 18
Issued on request, no questions asked. Your fee covers the inquiry itself — the introduction, delivered live and to you alone. It is never tied to whether someone books, what procedures they receive, or what they pay for them.

Good — keep them. This works differently: an agency is retained for the work, while here you are simply buying a delivered inquiry, priced per inquiry, and you pay only for the ones you receive. It sits alongside whatever you already have and takes nothing away from it.
How do I know the inquiries are any good?
Judge them yourself — that is exactly what the first five free are for. Real people, from your own market, in your hands before anything is owed.
What does it cost?
A flat fee per qualified inquiry, agreed before anything is delivered. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no long-term commitment.
How is this structured?
Simply, and in your favor. You pay a flat fee for each qualified inquiry we deliver — nothing more. What you pay is never a share of your revenue, and never depends on whether someone becomes a patient, what procedures they receive, or what they pay for them. We are a matching service and nothing more: we make the introduction, we have no involvement in your clinical decisions, and we collect no health information about anyone.
Is it exclusive?
No, in both directions. We may work with other practices in your market, and you are free to work with anyone. But an inquiry delivered to you is never delivered to another practice.
What happens to the person’s information?
We share their contact details and stated interest with the single practice we match them to, so you can reach out. They consent to that explicitly before submitting.
Can we stop?
Any time. The agreement is month to month and either side can end it on seven days’ written notice.
