Part one
Privacy Policy
Valetuda is a service of Olander Group, Inc. (“we,” “us”). We operate a matching service that connects people interested in elective aesthetic treatment with licensed providers near them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we give it to.
We are not a medical practice and we do not provide medical care of any kind.
What we collect
When you ask to be matched with a provider, we collect only what a provider needs in order to contact you:
- Your first name
- Your phone number and email address
- The treatment you said you are interested in
- Your ZIP code
- When you said you are looking to start
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask health questions. We do not ask about your medical conditions, medications, treatment history, or anything diagnostic, and we have no field anywhere to record them. Saying you are interested in a treatment is not the same as telling us about your health, and we keep it that way on purpose.
We also do not collect payment information. There is never a charge to you for being matched.
Who we share it with
One provider. Not several. We share your name, contact details, and stated interest with the single licensed provider we match you to, so that they can reach out about a consultation. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute a single inquiry to multiple practices to bid on.
We also use service providers who help us operate — for example, the systems that host our forms, send our messages, and store our records. They may handle your information only to perform those functions for us.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved.
What you agree to when you submit
When you submit a matching request, you agree that we may share your contact information with a matched provider in your area so they can contact you about a consultation, including by phone, text, and email. You also agree that we may contact you about other providers, treatments, and payment options.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at the address below and we will remove you. Opting out of our messages does not automatically stop a provider you were already matched with from contacting you — contact them directly, or tell us and we will pass it along.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Consenting to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure whether our advertising is working. These are loaded through Google Tag Manager:
- Google Analytics — which pages are visited, how people arrived, and how long they stay.
- Google Ads and Meta — measurement tools that tell us when someone who saw one of our ads later visited this site or submitted a request. Google and Meta also use this information under their own privacy policies.
These place cookies in your browser and share limited technical information with those companies — the pages you viewed, the ad you arrived from, and general device and approximate location data.
We never send them information about your health. We ask no health questions anywhere, so there is nothing of that kind to share.
Your choices. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, manage Google advertising at My Ad Center, and manage Meta advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Blocking these will not affect your ability to be matched with a provider.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to operate the service, resolve questions about a match, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email privacy@valetuda.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; ask and we will honor them.
Children
This service is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not match anyone under 18 with a provider. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we share your information will not be applied retroactively to information already collected without your consent.
Part two
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of this website and the Valetuda matching service, operated by Olander Group, Inc. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What this service is
Valetuda is an advertising and matching service. We introduce people to licensed providers. That is the entire scope of what we do.
We do not practice medicine. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations about your care. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about any health decision.
About the providers
Providers we match you with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or affiliates, and we do not control them.
Each provider is solely responsible for the care they deliver, their pricing, their licensing and credentials, their scheduling, and everything else about their practice. We do not supervise, direct, or participate in any clinical decision. A match is an introduction, not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee — of outcome, suitability, availability, quality, or anything else.
You are responsible for deciding whether a provider is right for you, including verifying their credentials. Any agreement about treatment is between you and them, and we are not a party to it.
Using the service
By using the service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you give us is accurate and about yourself
- You are asking to be matched for your own genuine interest, not to test, scrape, or disrupt the service
There is no charge to you. Providers pay us for the inquiries we deliver. Our fees from providers are never tied to whether you receive treatment or how much you spend.
Our content
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any match will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your dealings with a provider or any treatment you receive. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed five dollars ($5).
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. If we update them we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
